Scott Hunter - with Saiyyidah

This week’s guest is Scott Hunter.

Scott is the founder of the Innovate Crowd and supports learning and development professionals to become more influential and get more impact with their budget. He is the creator of the 'Influential Leadership' model and is an international coach and facilitator.

Scott is highly intuitive and has a real knack for creating short exercises that shift thinking and enable one to look at work from a different perspective.

Scott says learning is not just about training, it is so much more. Learning happens to us every day, all day. He believes learning and development is not about the department and creating nice content, it's about harnessing the natural desire to learn and to create an environment where it can be targeted to create value and a positive force for change.

We can only eat a meal one course at a time.
